Because this project was an investment property, designing with cost in mind was essential. Rather than viewing this as a limitation, it became an opportunity to align the project’s design ambitions with its financial goals. From this balance, an architectural language emerged—thoughtful, intentional, and responsive to both budget and curb appeal. This approach inspired a more restrained use of windows and doors in select areas, allowing standout moments like the glass breezeways to shine as carefully scaled architectural highlights.
