M3 Companies is a visionary crafter of extraordinary luxury developments. The clients needed a work space to reflect their ambitious desire to transform cutting-edge ideas into reality. Located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, the modern renovation compliments the urban surroundings. Sliding glass doors and wood-clad portals create a repetition along the central corridor space, which is the spine of the building. All offices have direct access off the corridor, and have tinted sliding doors when privacy is necessary. Situated at the building’s main entrance, a large reception and lounge area with kitchenette greet guests and doubles as a meeting space. Existing skylights were incorporated into the floor plan and new skylights were added to provide as much natural daylight as possible. The final product is a modern space that feels innovative and welcoming.
